Shipping prices exclude customs duties and taxes. You may be required by local offices to pay a Duty and Tax upon parcel arrival to your country.
Every order is provided with a tracking number once shipped.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday.
Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after a Public Holiday), please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be sent out.
Once your order has been picked up from our HQ you will receive an email from Sossu with a delivery estimate and your tracking number.
Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order, this is a separate cost outside of general shipping fee.
