Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can sometimes take a little extra time to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, reach out and we'll look into it.

Most of them, yes. Sossu is designed to work across genders. On category pages, you can filter by gender to find your fit.

Each product page includes a size guide. When in between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Email us at contact@sossulife.com with your order details. Don't send anything back before hearing from us. Returns without prior contact aren't accepted. Once confirmed, we'll send you a return label and instructions.

The easiest way to do this is to return your original item and place a new order for what you need. Once your return is accepted, go ahead and order the right piece.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still on and in its original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. You can check our return policy from this page.
